“Don’t Be Drug through the Mud”©
Do you feel incapacitated? Can you see your way out? Do you have the choices that you need to control the situations going on around you?
Speak - with your mouth. Speak loudly and speak clearly. Have a language for emotions. Humble your heart and express yourself. Take down the walls of hardness where no one can get next to you. When you hurt, don’t keep it on the inside. Communication is the key to happy and healthy relationships; intimate, personal and spiritual. Speak with a purpose to get above and beyond what is going on in your life.
If you are ready to be free, free yourself. Loose the ropes, break the chains, cut the shackles and be free.
Be free from the pain, the past, the shame, the criticism, the fear, and the emotions that have you bound. Voice those emotions.
Do not allow issues to control your life – you control the issues.
Talk about how you are feeling to the one that is dragging you through the mud, and not to just any ear that will listen.
Find a reason to move forward. Clean your inner self. Don’t take on other people problems or try to satisfy the needs of everyone else. Focus on your own needs and desires. Start a revolution by touching your own life. When you start, others will follow. You must start by nurturing your own needs by giving yourself what you need and by doing things that make you happy.
Are you a dream come true to yourself? If not, keep driving yourself – in the right direction. Don’t allow anyone to drive you through the mud. Don’t allow anyone to belittle you. You have a choice to listen or to walk away. Believe in yourself and not the report of others about you. Who knows better what you want and need than you do?
There are abilities, talents, and skills that you have been gifted with. Speak with your Heavenly Father and ask Him to awaken those gifts within you.
Frightened, terrified and intimidated are not the Lord’s will for your life. His will is for you to be accepted, appreciated and honored.
When you get angry, you may feel like you can move a mountain. Go ahead and get angry at your situation - move that mountain. Whatever it may be, you have the ability within yourself to make it happen. At this point, you will be lifted up out of the mud, never again to be drug through it again.
