- About Me:
- My culinary career began in 2001, as a personal chef preparing delicious and healthy meals for my clients.
Due to the devastating loss of my younger brother to obesity, I knew that a lifestyle change had to happen; and in my research discovered raw foods. I have always been passionate about healthy and nutritious food and transitioning to eating raw and living food was a natural progression.
Since going raw, I have lost over 40 pounds and I'm now a size 6, instead of 12/14. Having dealt with high cholesterol, migraines, arthritis, and weight fluctuation, I made raw foods a standard of living and went through an amazing transformation. My body and spirit are now healthy, revitalized, and energized.
My passion is to get the message out that obesity is not genetic, but what we put in our mouth. We need to stop abusing our bodies by eating an abundance of processed foods and fried foods. Remember, our bodies are our temples and is the house you live in, if you destroy it, you have to leave!
