I am the Assistant Director of Church Dance at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Wilmington, Delaware. I am a Certified Liturgical Dance Minister and choreographer for the adult and children's dance ministry. I am also a volunteer for the AIDS Task Force ministry.

About Me:

I am the Founder and CEO of Good Fruit Expressive Arts which is a mind-body-spirit practice. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Academy of Dance Therapists Registered, and National Certified Counselor. I provide creative arts therapy and mental health sessions to help people cope with stress, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, anger, and addiction. I provide individual, family, and group sessions. I also provide workshops on 'Healing and the Creative Spirit' and 'Express Your Stress'.
